We had a relaxing time at this place. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. The spa facilities were good- we were expecting it to be a little bigger. The breakfast was very good; evening dinner mediocre - a little disappointing. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. The facilities were outstanding, particularly the spacious and clean rooms. The staff were exceptional with their customer service. The vegan food was delicious and varied. The wine selection was impressive.

The hotel offers good value for money and is situated in nice surroundings, allowing for a serene getaway. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with enough storage spaces, mini bar, cupboards and a good range of toiletries. the food on buffet and set menus is delicious and satisfying, with options for vegetarians, vegans and non, vegans alike. There is a sauna world and a thermal pool that enhances the wellness experience.
The hotel might need to improve on providing multi, language services for the guests, as the menu and some information might be difficult to understand for non, German speaking guests.

The location was great, close to the downtown area but still quiet. The hotel offered a nice breakfast with a variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay.
There were a few things that detracted from our overall experience. the rooms were quite dated and in need of renovation.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious with ample storage. The food was varied and delicious, particularly the vegan options. The sauna and spa facilities were well-maintained.

We had a fantastic romantic getaway at this hotel. the beautiful surroundings made it even more special. the facilities were spotlessly clean and the thermal waters were just what we needed. We enjoyed a wide variety of food at the dinner buffet and the vegan options were a pleasant surprise. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable. the location was perfect for us as we only had to travel a short distance from the city centre.
We found it difficult to communicate with the staff as we do not speak German and the buffet was not in English.
